NANJING, August 15, 2013 – As a symbolic event of the 2013 Asian Youth Games, the Asian Culture Village will be unveiled on Friday, August 16. The indoor-market styled village has 15 exotic display stands arranged according to the different countries' cultures and traditions of Asia.
Introduced by Games volunteers, the first 15 areas include displays from varied countries and regions of the Olympic Council of Asia, including South Korea, India and Hong Kong.
Each of the 15 displays will be updated every three days with the aim of celebrating cultural traditions to unite different peoples.
